QFP Lead Straightener Tool

The QFP Universal Tool allows you to rework and align the legs of all QFP and TQFP sizes from 0.4mm to 1.0mm pitch.

The tool is made of durable metal and includes 46 different QFP patterns. Use very fine tools, such as dental picks and/or tweezers, to adjust the legs of the QFP to the slots engraved in the tool.

Ideal for the recovery of expensive QFPs, PFTQs and PFLQs.

The tool can also be used at the entrance control to check the number of legs, the size of the case and the pitch of unknown components.

The template is made of 50 mil (1.27mm) thick high strength conductive steel with recessed patterns etched to the depth of 5 mil (0.13mm) that precisely match the QFP / TQFP pitch.

Recommended for use on earthed workstations with ESD wristbands.
